Your customer journey starts with the first contact with our staff and that is why we invest heavily in training and the welfare of our people, making sure they are able to deliver the outstanding service we demand and you as a customer expect.
From the first day joining Beresfords, all staff go through an intensive induction course which takes in all aspects of their role along with further training on compliance and legislation making sure they are fully prepared for dealing with the demanding role as a representative of Beresfords.
