In addition to this, the whole renovation was completed in a total of just 6 months with the property owner re-marketing the property with Beresfords in June 2021 at £250,000 - despite only spending between £40,000 and £50,000 on the renovation! Our Colchester branch were able to achieve an offer above asking price for the customer, making their renovation a great success but also providing the new buyer with a great newly modernised home.
