The stately home opens its doors to East Anglian Buyers

To meet this growing demand, we are holding the inaugural Country and Prestige Property Exhibition on Sunday, May 27th, in the rarely publicly open Grade I listed Boreham House in Chelmsford.

Boreham House, set in 35 acres, will form the backdrop for the day-long event showcasing the region’s finest sale and rental properties and offering expert information on its picture postcard villages and sought-after commuter towns and cities. Properties from independent agents from Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire and of course Essex will complete the line-up of East Anglia’s most desirable homes.

The event is likely to appeal not only to buyers but also Essex property owners who may be considering moving further out. After all, for generations, Suffolk and Norfolk, in particular, have been the most popular areas for Essex residents to re-locate to.

Properties will be on display for sale and to rent along with our latest new homes, properties that are suitable for buy to let and our financial services division will be available to help you with any questions about mortgages on the day.

There will be lots to see and do for the whole family with plenty to keep the youngsters in particular amused including interactive circus entertainment, birds of prey display, face painting, balloon modellers and bouncy castle.

Alternatively, you can sit down for a drink and bite to eat from the BBQ in the beautiful grounds whilst listening to live music.
