Bringing the property community together to raise £68,480 for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance

3rd November 2026

We are incredibly proud to announce that our 2026 Beresfords Property Dinner and Auction has raised £68,480 for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT), marking another fantastic year for an event that brings together our industry in support of a vital local service.

Now in its seventh year, the annual dinner has become an important date in the property industry’s calendar, uniting colleagues, partners and businesses for an evening of networking, celebration and fundraising.

A night of fundraising

Following the success of last year’s move to London, the event returned to the prestigious Pan Pacific London on 18 September 2026, welcoming more than 300 guests from across the property industry and wider business community.

Guests enjoyed a drinks reception, three-course dinner, fundraising auction and luxury raffle, with generous contributions from attendees and sponsors helping to raise an outstanding amount for EHAAT.

The event was once again supported by headline sponsor Rightmove, alongside Mode Photo, Agent Canvassing, Libre Solutions, Sona Insurance, FCC Paragon, Reapit, Handelsbanken, Tidywork and Dedman Gray.

We are hugely grateful to everyone who supported the evening, whether by attending, sponsoring, donating prizes or taking part in the auction and raffle. The generosity shown reflects the strength of our property community and what can be achieved when people come together for a shared cause.

Supporting a lifesaving local service

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance provides a specialist Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, bringing advanced medical care directly to seriously ill and injured patients across Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the charity relies heavily on donations and fundraising to maintain its service. Each critical care team includes a highly skilled pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic. Together, they deliver specialist treatment at the scene of an emergency and during transfer to hospital.

The money raised through our annual property dinner will help support this essential work and the patients and families who rely on the charity. Beresfords has been a long-standing supporter of EHAAT, and we are delighted that this year’s event builds on the success of previous property dinners.

Together, these events have now raised £220,480 for the charity, helping to support its lifesaving work and raise awareness of the service it provides across our region.

Paul Beresford, CEO of Beresfords, said: “We’re incredibly proud of how our property dinner has evolved, and more importantly, how it enables us to support the wonderful work of EHAAT year after year.

“Since taking the event to London last year, we’ve seen it continue to grow while retaining the community spirit that has always been at its heart. To have so many people from across our industry come together once again, give so generously and help raise such a fantastic amount is something the whole Beresfords team can be proud of.

“Thank you to our headline sponsor Rightmove, all of our sponsors and partners, and everyone who attended, donated and took part in the auction and raffle. Their support will make a real difference to EHAAT and the patients and families who rely on its incredible teams.”

The impact of the evening was also reflected by Mark Jarman-Howe, CEO of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, who said: “It was a fantastic night, there was so much generosity in the room and to finish the evening with £68,480 raised for EHAAT is a wonderful achievement. The auction was a particular highlight and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined in, shared stories and supported us.

“Paul, Nicki and the Beresfords team put so much care and effort into this event each year. Their longstanding support means a great deal to all of us at EHAAT. Thank you to them, the sponsors and every person and guest involved who helped make the evening such a success. The money raised will help our crews bring essential and lifesaving care to people across our communities.”

Thank you

We would like to extend a huge thank you to EHAAT, our headline sponsor Rightmove, all our sponsors and partners, and everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

Raising £68,480 is a wonderful achievement, and we are proud that our annual property dinner continues to bring people together to support a service that makes such a difference across our communities.
