We are therefore pleased to announce that come January the branch will be completely re-furbished and transformed into a state of the art estate agency practice. The office will be opened up to create a light and modern space for clients’ to discuss their property needs whilst providing the perfect platform to market properties. To help support our vision, the lower level will also be converted into a dedicated lettings area to complete the renovation.
You will no doubt understand that this level of work takes time and cannot be done safely whilst the office is operational. As a result the Chelmsford team are working temporarily from the Beresfords Head Office at 10 Springfield Lyons Approach, Springfield, Chelmsford, CM2 5LB.
