Not really. We will provide your tenants with the relevant Beresfords contact details and explain who they should contact for maintenance, property management enquiries, and future rental payments. Our aim is to make the transition as straightforward as possible for your tenants.
Yes. Beresfords can assist brand new investors just starting out or existing landlords looking to transfer a single rental property or a larger property portfolio. We can discuss the existing arrangements in place and help coordinate the transfer process.
The documentation required will depend on the individual property and tenancy terms. As part of the management takeover process, our team will liaise with you directly if you have been dealing with everything yourself or the appointed agent where they have been dealing with everything on your behalf up until this point.
A modest administration fee covers the transfer process and a full compliance check to ensure everything is in order. Thereafter an ongoing monthly management fee is also applied. Once we understand more about your individual requirements, our team can provide a detailed quotation.
