Effective property management

It is reasonable to assume that some form of maintenance issue will arise during a tenancy. From a tenant’s perspective you will want to know that whatever the query, it is resolved in a prompt, professional and efficient manner.

If a landlord has asked Beresfords to manage the property on their behalf during a tenancy, one of our Property Managers who will respond rapidly to any issues reported. They will liaise with all parties involved, including approved contractors, with a view to securing a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Our Property Management Department is open six days a week between Monday and Saturday but if an issue arises out of hours our landlords or tenants can speak with real people not an answerphone! This service is available 365 days a year – even on Christmas Day!

Where Beresfords do not manage the property on the landlord’s behalf then tenants must report any issues directly to their landlord.
