Excellent service 
We found the service offered to us by Beresfords (and Wendy Ellis in particular) to be excellent. From the outset Wendy took a genuine interest in what our criteria was and worked tirelessly in finding us the right property. She helped to navigate us through a complicated sales process (there were a number of issues that needed to be dealt with tactfully) from beginning to end. We couldn’t be more pleased with Wendy and have nothing negative to say.

Brilliant from start to finish. James Westbrook was there for us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us through all aspects, even when tricky situations turned up. We would say he went above and beyond. Beresfords wasn’t our First estate agents but we wished they were! They were excellent - especially James Westbrook 👍
Great communication and friendly service. Sold our house first weekend on the market and we still managed to complete in a controlled manor during these unprecedented times.

Great Service in very difficult times 
I went with Beresfords initially as I had previous dealings with David Thomas , I was happy with the valuation they gave and service that was offered. Then unfortunately Covid 19 came along and things changed drastically, and we thought the move might not happen. But Beresfords carried on albeit in a different environment and capacity, although we no longer had David and Joe answering our enquires and chasing for us, Mike took over he answers all our calls and chased solicitors, and contacted us every day to give us an update. We were lucky in the fact that the lady purchasing wasn't moving in immediately and thst we were buying an empty property, otherwise we would not under current regulations been allowed to proceed. So a massive thank you to all the staff in Dunmow branch Especially Mike, David and Joe and hope to see you all back in the office I once this is over.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the Ingatestone office. 
The staff at the Ingatestone office were brilliant from the viewing of the property through to the completion. Lisa Day kept us informed with the process and was kind enough to go the office to get the house keys for us to take another look at the property when the lockdown first started but still keeping a social distance. We would definitely recommend the staff of the Ingatestone office to any friends.
