Thank you Helene! 
I bought my first own home with Beresfords. The team at the Chelmsford office was very friendly and helpful. Moving in was very urgent for me as I had to move out of the rented property I lived before. I am very happy with the service I received, especially from Helene Dendy, she went far and beyond to speed up the buying process for me, constantly chasing the vendor, the vendor's colicitor and the managing company for paperwork. Highly recommended 
We can't thank Beresfords enough, especially the help of Mike Sayers, in firstly finding our new home and then dealing with a tricky chain. Mike was always on hand and kept me up to date with how everything was progressing and was key to keeping the chain moving. We would definitely use Beresfords again in the future.
Excellent performance 
Excellent service from Daniel Ives, he was calm patient and reassuring. All queries were answered promptly and he handled negotiations with the buyer achieving positive outcomes and again with a prompt response. The help I got buying my first house was excellent. I was guided through the process, kept informed of progress throughout. Daniel liaised with the sellers when needed and helped me keep my solicitor on track. When I want to sell in a few years Beresfords will be the first agents I approach.
