We have established a range of services to help cater for your individual needs.

• Discreet marketing – a property is not publicly advertised but personal contact is made with carefully selected, registered buyers. This is ideal if you do not wish for your moving plans to be made public.
• Open days – by working together with clients we establish a suitable period to host an open house whereby viewings are arranged over an agreed period.
• Guide price – certain properties have a unique appeal and often command a premium. Advertising a property with a guide price allows the property to find its correct level based on market conditions with a higher figure often being achieved if there are competing offers.
• Informal tenders – the property is marketed with a guide price for a specified period, after which all interested parties are invited to submit their best and final offer, along with supporting information regarding their financial situation. All offers remain strictly confidential and on the specified date are submitted to sellers.
