Moving is a stressful time for anyone but your team has made it not stressful and actually a really smooth process. Gillian Cooper who should me around - she was so lovely and helpful and really passionate about her job and helping people find the perfect property. She answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed around at all. She was so cheerful. She even came back to show us around again. Thank you. Kirsty Watt-Roy was so helpful in her email communications and everything was responded to in a timely manner with all the corrective information explained in an easy to understand way. Christine Sorrell who set us up with the reference company and the next steps - she was amazing. She took the time on the phone to explain everything. She was so lovely and kind and made what seemed like a difficult process super easy. Holly from the external referencing company was also fantastic. Everything was completed so quick and any questions we had she was available to help. The online progress check was really helpful to see what was outstanding. Any anyone else we have dealt with have been great!
