Beresfords have been great managing agents for my BTL property which I've had with them for several years. I would highly recommend them to all. All correspondence from my tenants have been swiftly passed on to me, gas and electric certificates have been dealt with promptly. All the new Laws for landlord compliance over the years have been documented and kept up to date by Beresfords.
