It is reasonable to assume that some form of maintenance issue will arise during any tenancy be it a leaking tap, electrical fault or malfunctioning boiler. From a tenants perspective you will want to know that whatever the query, it is resolved in a prompt, professional and efficient manner.
Beresfords retain a team of experienced Property Managers who are solely office based so they can respond rapidly to any issues reported. They will liaise with all parties involved, including approved contractors, with a view to securing a swift and satisfactory resolution.
Our Property Management Department is open six days a week between Monday and Saturday but there is also an out of hours customer support team. This does not consist of an automated message or answerphone. Instead real people will answer any call received outside our normal office hours. This service is available 365 days a year – even on Christmas Day!
