Effective Property Management

Most landlords will want to ensure that their investment property always remains in good condition. At Beresfords, where we are instructed by a landlord to manage a property on their behalf, one of our dedicated Property Managers deals with any maintenance-based issues which may arise during an active tenancy. They will appoint approved contractors to investigate the related issue, where appropriate proactively progress the matter through to a successful conclusion and liaise with all relevant parties involved.

Our Property Management Department is open six days a week between Monday and Saturday but if an issue arises out of hours our landlords or tenants can speak with real people not an answerphone! This service is available 365 days a year – even on Christmas Day!

Detailed inventory (condition) reports
Experienced inventory clerks prepare a detailed condition report prior to tenants moving in and a copy is provided to all relevant parties.
Regular property visits
We conduct regular visits of all our managed properties during a tenancy and our landlords receive the related reports by email.
