Hutton Mount is a lovely, quiet, residential area with lots of large homes to choose from. Several roads here are part of a private estate, and you’re in easy reach of plenty of green spaces and schools.
Hutton Poplars is the definition of leafy Shenfield, with generous homes bordering Hutton Poplars Green and feeling part of a real community. This area is perfect for commuters seeking a quiet life as the train station with direct trains to London is only 10-15 minutes’ walk away (approximately).
There are some exceptional homes in the heart of Shenfield, and this area is a great place to look for property. Old Shenfield is a peaceful and popular location, giving buyers the opportunity to prioritise proximity to their chosen school and/or the train station while remaining away from the hustle and bustle.
Shenfield Place, last but not least, is a hidden gem in the area. Very quiet and residential, many homes look out over Merrymeade Country Park, and a public footpath offers strolls across the park or to nearby Butterfly Meadow. Properties here are also within reach of all Shenfield’s amenities, including the train station.
