You could join this team as an Apprentice Trainee Property Consultant in residential sales at one of Beresfords branches across Essex. Successful candidates will be employed on a 12-month government-backed Apprenticeship Scheme and will receive ongoing work-based training while working towards a qualification in Level 2 Junior Estate Agency.

We also have a fabulous opportunity to join the Beresfords Head Office Group Resources team, providing support to all teams and divisions across the Group. Based at Head Office, Springfield Lyons Approach, Chelmsford, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Recruitment, Vehicle Fleet Management, Maintenance & Repairs, Telecommunications & IT, to name just a few of our responsibilities. Successful candidates will be employed on an 18 month government backed Apprenticeship Scheme and will receive ongoing work based training whilst working towards a qualification in Level 3 Business Administration.

Or maybe you will be the latest Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager located in our Braintree branch. We are seeking to recruit someone with a minimum of 3 consistent year's experience in Residential Lettings for a busy and bustling office.
