Beresfords TV now live

On Thursday, 3rd September, over 100 guests gathered at the prestigious location of Hylands House in Chelmsford to witness the launch of Beresfords latest pioneering marketing initiative, Beresfords TV.

The evening was kicked off by a welcome reception which gave guests the chance to relax with drinks and canapés and take in the beautiful surroundings of Hylands House. As guests arrived they were greeted by four rather impressive additions to the front of the House – 3 top of the range BMWs and a striking Maserati all of which attracted much attention and delight.

The presentation of Beresfords TV, which was predominantly conducted by renowned TV presenter Jo Sinnott, followed which showcased the site itself and all its capabilities. Guests witnessed how truly exclusive Beresfords TV is with highly desirable properties featured alongside super brands such as Sunseeker Yachts, Porsche, Rolex, Laura Ashley and Jaguar to name but a few.The whole concept is all about ‘living the dream.’ So as well as seeing the best properties available, you’ll also be able to arrange a test drive of a supercar, view luxury hotels, look at the latest in interior design and much, much more.

This innovative new marketing approach will allow Beresfords clients to have their properties featured as professionally produced videos with voiceovers on TV. It will certainly give property marketing a distinctive new edge!

The evening culminated with a closing reception where clients had the opportunity to take on board further refreshments.

Beresfords are delighted to announce that Beresfords TV and the event itself were very well received by all those who attended. From the comments received everyone is looking forward to seeing how this exciting new initiative grows and grows. Be rest assured, Beresfords already have lots of exciting plans for the this space!
