Beresfords celebrates a standout year of national award success

These prestigious global awards honour the highest standards across the property sector. Beresfords’ wins reflect the Group’s continued commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, leading marketing innovation and a forward-thinking digital approach—locally and nationally.

Adding to this success, the Group was also Highly Commended in the Community Champion category at The Negotiator Awards 2025, recognising Beresfords’ unwavering dedication to community engagement and social responsibility.

A longstanding commitment to community

Since 1968, Beresfords has believed that a strong community is the backbone of a thriving business. This ethos is embedded in the culture of the family-run Group and championed through the Beresfords Foundation, delivered in partnership with the Essex Community Foundation.

Through the Foundation and a wide programme of staff-led initiatives, the Group supports a wide range of grassroots causes—from hospices, schools and youth sports to food banks and emergency services.

In 2024, Beresfords raised over £27,000 for local charities and community projects. In 2025, the annual Beresfords Property Dinner generated £52,808 for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, helping the charity continue its vital lifesaving work throughout the region.

Growing our charitable impact

Following its award-winning year, Beresfords continues to expand its programme of charitable events and community support. 

The Group will also continue its partnership with The Salvation Army through the annual 12 Days of Giving campaign, supporting families across Essex with festive donations, volunteering and awareness initiatives.
