To celebrate the first year anniversary of Beresfords acquiring local estate agent Foxton Hayes in Great Dunmow, we’ll be running a charitable campaign in August and September to raise funds for the local community.
As Beresfords started in Essex nearly half a century ago and our staff live locally, we’re part of the community ourselves. So for every valuation that our
Great Dunmow branch undertakes during August and September we will be donating £10 to youth projects chosen by newly elected Mayor, Councillor Jonathan Cadwallader.
We have also teamed up with another local independent family-run business, like ourselves,
The Scrumptious Tea Rooms in Great Dunmow. For every cup of tea that they sell during August and September, we will be donating a further 10p to charity. So don’t forget to visit and enjoy a delicious cup of tea for your local community!
And if that wasn’t enough, one lucky individual who markets their property with Beresfords’ Great Dunmow branch during August and September will be able to sell their home for free by not paying us any commission when it sells!
