Be Seen in London – The Move To The Country Show 2011

Following the huge success of last year’s show, Beresfords are once again taking their clients’ properties to the ever increasing London market by exhibiting at The Move to the Country Show 2011.

It is a show that presents the ideal opportunity for potential purchasers to explore small country cottages for second home owners to centrally positioned town houses for rail commuters through to country houses for those looking for the more idyllic rural life. London money has long driven the local market and Beresfords are linking up with their London Office, Country Life and one of London’s leading agents to promote properties throughout Essex to London buyers. 

The Move to the Country show is to be held at the Battersea Arts Centre on Thursday 14th April between 1pm and 7pm, allowing city workers to attend. The exhibition is promoted throughout London and nationwide and last year drew an excellent attendance with hundreds of London and International property owners who were looking to move to the country attending. What’s more numerous new applicants joined Beresfords mailing list and subsequently the number of viewings and sales increased shortly after the event.
