We had an issue where competing brokers within the same office were either not communicating or giving contrasting information to our seller. Eventually we had to ask the manager to step in. We were also told the buyers we were 'competing' with had not passed the affordability check that Beresfords carried out in house but were still allowed to proceed to the point of exchange before they promptly pulled out. This information should have been passed on to the seller so he could make a decision but apparently not. Oli was good after we sorted that out.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you had an issue at the start of your dealings with the Brentwood team. I understand when you 1st offered the owners decided to go with the other party due to your own property not being sold at the time. The owner was given full details of the buyers financial situation and chose to proceed with them based on the fact they had nothing to sell. We then advised the owner to re market the property during the 1st sale as there were a few delays. After agreeing it to yourself the old buyers still wanted to proceed but the owner decide to proceed with yourself based on our advice. I'm glad it all worked out for you in the end and you were happy with the service, especially Ollie after the property was secured for you.I hope you will be very happy in your new home.

Excellent service 
We dealt with Paul Money, he kept totally up to date with progress on the sale. Paul and was always available if you needed him. Which was reassuring to us. Previous estate agents we have used passed us around the office to people who did not have a clue what was going on with our sale. We would recommend Beresford's to our friends

Connie Webb - Excellent Proactive Customer Service and Very Friendly 
I don't often leave feedback on customer experience sites but I had to write about one of your employees, Connie Webb. Although, we bought a house through another agent her tenacity and customer service were excellent and it wasn't for the want of trying. From the moment Connie knew our requirements she was proactively searching for property that she thought suited us. Unfortunately, we were unable to buy through Connie but would like to thank her for being friendly, helpful and utterly professional..
