Polite, efficient and helpful
I was having a lot of difficulty with my washing machine, I called Suzanne Humpreys who works in the Maintainance department and I was sorted out with a new machine within a week. Suzanne was really polite and very helpful.

A great experience.
The service I have received at Chelmsford Beresfords was 5 star. The agents were professional, polite, genuine and acted very quickly in my application to rent one of their properties. I think it’s the best experience I have had while I have been renting.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
AVOID AVOID. They’re great to start with but once you’ve signed they are awful. Response times are terrible, that’s if they do respond. Small works requested, they took weeks or months and are shoddy to be polite! Rude and so unhelpful on the phone, awful service. I’ll never use Beresfords ever again. You’ll see a lot of great reviews, they ask you to review when you first sign, once you do, they only care about the landlords needs and not the tenants!
