After last week’s unusually milder climate we have been looking at conservatories and what makes them an asset to a property.
Research from NAEA Propertymark state the average cost of a conservatory will set you back £4,300, however, this can increase the value of the property by 5% on average. A conservatory also allows for a significant decrease in the bills you pay, due to the amount of heat that it can contribute to the house, as well as the opportunity to have another room for whatever your heart desires.
