How we're helping you move safely now we've re-opened
Although it feels like we haven’t been away, our branches are now open in line with the recent guidance and compliance levels that the government has set out.
What does this mean?
You will now be able to view occupied properties, however we will be operating a lists system to ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times. For those that would prefer a contactless service we will still be creating virtual tours, video and appointments via telephone and email. In addition we have Docusign and paperless way of returning contracts and any ID - so we can still work to keep everybody moving in their own preferred way.
What are we doing to protect you and our staff?
We will have special perspex screens in each branch to ensure that no direct contact is required. All interaction will take place at a safe 2m distance, reinforced by floor and wall signage.
- Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout each branch
- PPE masks and gloves will be readily available throughout each branch
- Spacing of staff and rotas will be in place to ensure minimum and safe contact
