When it comes to buying property everyone has their own preferences, some may enjoy the ease of a new build that is ready to move in as soon as you receive the keys. Whilst others prefer a project where they can put their own stamp on the property by redesigning and refurbishing it into the home of their dreams. There are both pros and cons to this method and a huge amount of risk involved, but if it pays off the project can potentially save you quite a bit of money.
