Beresfords Wear It Pink
If you are walking past one of our branches today, don’t be surprised by the pastel pinks and fuchsia flare that might catch your eye, Beresfords employees will be donning different shades of pink clothing to show their support for Breast Cancer Now’s Wear It Pink campaign.
Each employee will be donating £1 to ‘wear it pink’ and with previous years raising over £500 on the day the group will be looking to beat this target!
Paul Beresford, Chairman/MD, commented: “We are delighted to be supporting this fantastic event in aid of Breast Cancer Now. Breast cancer is a terrible disease, we are keen to help raise as much awareness and money as possible in order to one day put a stop to it.”
Wear it pink day is Breast Cancer Now’s flagship fundraising event. People across the UK hold a pink dress down or dress up day at work, at school or at home. Right now breast cancer is at a tipping point. More women are surviving but more are being diagnosed than ever before and every 45 minutes, another woman dies from the disease. Breast Cancer Now are doing everything they can to change this through fundraising and support.
