On the weekend of the 8th September, Beresfords had a very successful launch for Stonebond’s brand new development of eleven high specification two, three and four bedroom family inspired homes. Located in the picturesque and highly desirable village of Writtle, two of the plots were already reserved prior to the event.
On the day, 28 people had signed up to attend, with a further 11 walk-ins arriving as the day progressed. The high interest for the event was mirrored by high interest for the properties, resulting in two more plots having been reserved and high interest on a third since.
Beresfords enlisted a variety of marketing streams to promote the launch ranging from social media campaigns, property portals OnTheMarket and Rightmove and newspaper advertising. However, the most effective avenue was the use of Beresfords extensive database of known buyers who are actively looking. An e-campaign to nearly 10,000 people who fitted the price range of the development yielded well above average engagement. Crucially as well as local people, the majority were from outside the area and closer to London so it’s not hard to see why this development and location proved so popular.
The widespread of marketing was supported by Beresfords Writtle branch along with Beresfords New Business Centre based at our Head Office and all of these elements combined proved key to a successful launch.
